1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Order Confirmation Policy

At Toshur, we ensure order accuracy through WhatsApp or telephonic confirmation before dispatch.

• Once your order has been confirmed and approved by you prior to dispatch, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable

• This step helps us avoid incorrect orders and maintain efficient delivery

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, simply email us at:

• Your order number

• Product details

• Reason for return or exchange

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner.

4. Reverse Pickup & Charges

• We offer pickup assistance for returns/exchanges

• A ₹100 courier handling fee will be deducted from refunds for confirmed orders

• This amount is non-refundable, as it covers logistics and handling costs

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the product:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for the refund

• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Exchange Process

If you opt for an exchange:

• Your replacement product will be shipped after quality verification of the returned item

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

7. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used, washed, or damaged products

• Products without original packaging or tags

• Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
