We currently offer Pan India delivery, ensuring that our collections reach customers across the country.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation

  • In some cases, we may verify orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, deliveries generally take 4–9 working days, depending on your location

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as courier operations, weather conditions, or regional limitations

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery is available on orders above ₹1999

  • A shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹1999

Final shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide complete and correct delivery details while placing an order.

  • Toshur will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • If an order is returned due to such issues, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

7. Re-delivery Terms

If an order is returned back to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Customer not available at delivery

  • Refusal to accept the package

The order can be re-shipped after payment of applicable shipping charges.

8. Packaging Standards

All products are packed using strong, protective, and weather-resistant materials to ensure they reach you safely and in excellent condition.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (1 working day) of placing them
