Our Promise to You

At Toshur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your unused product in its original packaging, you can request an exchange or return within 3 days of purchase.

Please note: If your order was confirmed with you via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch, returns and refunds are not applicable for that order.

Starting a Return or Exchange

Simply send us an email at needlesmagicshopify@gmail.com with your request. Please include your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will arrange for the product to be picked up free of charge through our trusted shipping partner — no need to drop it off anywhere.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unused products in their original, unaltered packaging
  • Items requested within 3 days of purchase
  • Orders that were not pre-confirmed with you via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch

Not eligible: Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized or custom-made pieces may have specific restrictions — these will always be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Pre-Confirmed Orders

If your order was confirmed with you via WhatsApp or telephone before dispatch, the return and refund policy is not applicable.

In cases where a refund is processed for such orders, the following deduction applies:

Rs. 100 courier charge deduction

This covers the shipping cost already incurred. If you're unsure about your order status, feel free to reach out before raising a request — we'll always clarify.

Exchange or Refund — Your Choice

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your resolution promptly.

Exchange: We'll send you the desired replacement item — different size, colour, or style. Just mention your preference in the email.

Refund: Processed to the original form of payment, as seamlessly as possible.
